At Zahyat, we care deeply about your satisfaction and strive to provide a premium and seamless shopping experience. You may return or exchange your order within 3 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

💜 Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  2. The original tags and packaging must be intact.

  3. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

  4. Lingerie and sleepwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  5. The customer bears the shipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the reason is a mistake by Zahyat or a manufacturing defect.

  6. Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
